Meakin Street east Geelong, is a renovation and extension to an old california bungalow. Originally built in the 1930's, it was important to keep the original facade of theh property as true to the way it was first built however adding moremodern touches inside. The home was extended to include a large, open plan kitchen, living and dining room. additional bedroom with guest ensite, new bathroom and toilet. The remainder of the original property was updated to reflect the new design of the home. Outside, a large alfresco area was added including an outdoor kitchen. Single car garage at the rear was also renovated and 2 new roller doors added.
